El Gerente de Estrategia de Merchandising eCommerce es responsable de comprender profundamente las necesidades del cliente, gestionar el negocio diario y optimizar la presentación, organización y promoción de productos, como ropa y coleccionables, identificando características/funcionalidades/acciones para ofrecer valor al cliente y al negocio en una experiencia de compra excepcional. Este rol será el experto en merchandising eCommerce y trabajará de manera transversal con otros merchandisers, gerentes de producto, ingenieros, analistas, investigadores, agencias y socios comerciales para ejecutar estas acciones.

  • Gestionar y ser dueño del rendimiento diario y la optimización - Generar valor comercial diariamente mediante la extracción, análisis y traducción de datos analíticos web y de comportamiento en ideas prácticas para mejorar las ventas, la conversión y la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Adquirir un profundo entendimiento de las necesidades, tendencias y avances tecnológicos actuales y en evolución del cliente en el merchandising eCommerce.
  • Liderar y colaborar con socios comerciales, ingenieros y otros gerentes de producto para traducir los objetivos comerciales y las necesidades del usuario final en estrategias y tácticas que generen valor medible.
  • Implementar estrategias y tácticas de merchandising que incluyan, entre otras: estrategia de marca, estrategia de contenido, estrategia de búsqueda natural y búsqueda en el sitio, navegación y categorización de productos, gestión de contenido estático y dinámico, aprovechamiento de herramientas de personalización, implementación y monitoreo de calificaciones y reseñas, construcción de colecciones y desarrollo de incentivos y promociones estacionales.
  • Crear características bien definidas, historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación, priorizándolas en la planificación de lanzamientos.
  • Refinar características, historias y tácticas de merchandising formulando e iterando hipótesis a través de la investigación y pruebas de usuarios.
  • Condensar conceptos técnicos complejos en un lenguaje no técnico para las partes interesadas y la dirección, influyendo en los grupos de interés con hechos y datos para proporcionar contexto para el cambio.
  • Abogar por el usuario final y las partes interesadas al empatizar y comprender sus necesidades.
