Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Surgical Care Unit.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Surgical Care Unit. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for assessing, collecting, and documenting patient data to identify nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement individual patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide responsible and accountable nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
- Engage in collaborative relationships with peers and other professional disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assume responsibility for professional growth and accountability, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Certifications as required by the unit or area.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional patient care and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
