- Provide responsible and accountable nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards and the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
- Engage in collaborative relationships with peers and other professional disciplines to promote effective communication and teamwork.
- Assume responsibility for professional growth and accountability, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
