Position Summary
The Quotations Analyst collaborates closely with Account Managers and clients to evaluate risks and customer specifications, ensuring the preparation of precise quotes regarding pricing and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate risks and customer specifications related to fabrication, engineering, procurement, and quality documentation.
- Generate accurate pricing estimates utilizing cost analysis, analytical modeling, and a thorough understanding of customer needs and programs.
- Coordinate with various departments to compile quotations and essential documents in response to customer requests for quotes (RFQs).
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess potential efficiencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- In-depth technical knowledge of the PCB industry is essential.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and disciplined.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in quotations, production control, quality assurance, or a related field.
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Daytime hours
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime and weekends as necessary
Work Environment:
- Remote
Job Type: Full-time
California Pay Range: $65,000—$80,000 USD
The actual compensation offered is determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
