We're seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Director to lead and grow our wholesale sales division. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. Your expertise will be critical in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with wholesale partners, and mentoring our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new wholesale accounts to expand the company's market presence.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners to ensure sustained growth and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue objectives.
  • Travel: Travel will be required to build and nurture key accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in wholesale sales, preferably in outdoor living, luxury products, or a related field.
  • ~10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • ~ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
  • ~ Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team.
  • ~ Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • ~ Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
