Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Vice President of Outside Sales to lead and grow our wholesale sales division. This executive-level role is crucial in driving new business opportunities, fostering relationships with wholesale accounts, and mentoring our sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new wholesale accounts to expand market presence
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners to ensure sustained growth and satisfaction
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in wholesale sales, preferably in outdoor living, luxury products, or a related field
  • ~10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team
