Position Summary

Paradise Grills is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Outside Sales to lead and grow our wholesale sales division. This executive-level role is crucial to driving new business opportunities, fostering relationships with wholesale accounts, and mentoring our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision for sales expansion, a talent for leadership, and a passion for our industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify, acquire, and manage new wholesale accounts to expand the company's market presence.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners to ensure sustained growth and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue objectives.
  • Travel: Represent Paradise Grills at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows. Travel will be required to build and nurture key accounts.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position Paradise Grills as an industry leader.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in wholesale sales, preferably in outdoor living, luxury products, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
