About the Role

Wolf & Company, PC is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Audit team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, professional day-to-day oversight of internal audit engagements and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement Management: Provide oversight of internal audit engagements and projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Audit Program Development: Assist in developing audit programs, work papers, and internal audit reports.
  • Review and Quality Assurance: Review audit programs, work papers, and internal audit reports to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Team Development: Develop and mentor senior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Business Development: Participate in and contribute to firm marketing and business development activities.
  • Client Management: Manage multiple client relationships, providing real-time feedback and guidance to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Seven (7+) years of experience performing internal or external audits across multiple industries, with a preference for experience in banking.
  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree.
  • Certifications: CIA or CPA.
  • Skills: Extensive experience in project management, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project.
  • Travel: Ability to travel throughout the country.
