Role Responsibilities:

The Clinical Practice Educator embodies the values and mission of WellBe. This role is pivotal in fostering positive relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting ongoing training initiatives and patient care activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Providing educational leadership and promoting quality patient care.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and local management to achieve organizational goals.
Key Duties:
  • Developing expertise in key clinical areas to enhance patient care and compliance.
  • Contributing to the creation of educational content.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to educational responsibilities.
  • Leading local educational initiatives and training programs.
  • Monitoring educational needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Orienting and evaluating new staff to meet organizational and patient needs.
  • Working closely with Clinical Directors to address educational concerns.
  • Performing additional duties as required to meet team objectives.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • CPR certification and eligibility for appropriate licensure.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for patient visits.
  • 3+ years of relevant clinical experience, with a preference for home care or geriatrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
Work Environment:
