Job Title: Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Analyst to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their systems and applications are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software applications, hardware, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with.Net framework and Microsoft programming languages.
  • Experience with web applications and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
  • Exposure to ITIL framework and ITSM concepts.
  • Experience in the airline domain to better understand and coordinate with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Pervasive, and relational database concepts.
  • Knowledge of AnyPoint Studio and MuleSoft.
  • Knowledge of PyTest or other functional testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of integration of Mule projects with source control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
