About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a VP of Wealth Development and Growth. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in supporting our market in Texas and contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Broker/Dealer and RIA partners to raise capital for our various offerings.
  • Capital Raising: Meet capital raise targets assigned and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve company growth targets.
  • Sales and Marketing: Educate partners on our offerings and provide intelligence on competitive products in the market.
  • CRM Management: Capture sales information and contact details on our company CRM.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant industry experience with a strong working relationship/rolodex.
  • Licenses and Certifications: FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
  • Travel: Ability to travel overnight approximately 25% of the time.
  • Residency: Must reside within Texas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engender trust and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and company business systems.
