Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, perform vital sign checks, and provide routine care as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, including incidents and adverse reactions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in good standing.
  • Post-secondary coursework in nursing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
