Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer PTO, FMLA, and disability pay processes.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, assisting employees with inquiries and enrollments.
  • Conduct talent acquisition efforts, including screening and interviewing candidates.
