    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Policies and Procedures:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and inquiry support.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Conduct talent acquisition efforts, including screening and interviewing candidates.
