Job Responsibilities
  • Project Installation Support: Sub-contractor supervision, system start-up, commissioning, and customer training
  • Project Startup: Validate network functionality, provide programming support, and certify the operation of the system with appropriate documentation
  • Work with the project manager to coordinate the activities and needs of the installation team
  • Work with other project team members during the design phase of the project to provide feedback relative to site-specific and customer issues
  • Attend on-site construction coordination meetings as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain an installation punch list prior to the close of the project
Requirements
  • Strong work ethic, take pride in workmanship, collaborate well with others, and have a continuous desire to learn
  • 5+ years experience and a solid understanding of commercial BAS/HVAC equipment maintenance
  • Experience with electronic systems, troubleshooting, estimating, and dealing with complexity
  • Good understanding of construction methods
  • Ability to work in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual tasks
  • Strong customer orientation, including the ability to manage expectations and satisfy customers
