Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a homecare setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to patients with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior RN experience preferred.
