Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
About the Role:We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a homecare setting. As a Homecare Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, promoting independence, and improving their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- One year of experience in homecare or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
