About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, greeting and thanking members as they enter and exit the store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers and process member purchases, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist members with locating merchandise, answering questions, and providing guidance on products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, restrooms, and other public spaces.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
