Key Responsibilities- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, greeting and thanking members as they enter and exit the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and process member purchases, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
- Assist members with locating merchandise, answering questions, and providing guidance on products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, restrooms, and other public spaces.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and that stock levels are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
