Responsibilities
• Provide tier 1 support for all point-of-sale system issues and escalate as needed.
• Initiate and implement enhancements within areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly before and during events.
• Replace faulty hardware prior to, during, and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware malfunctions and damages.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organization and adhere to all established standards and practices.
Qualifications
• Must be adaptable to immediate changes in the environment.
• Highly effective oral presentation and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including operating systems and office software.
• Ability to remain on feet and walk long distances.
• Capability to lift at least 50 lbs. Pay rate: $
