Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Recruitlink. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and route incoming calls and emails
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle data entry and maintain filing systems
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Support the team with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative or clerical experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
