Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Technician to join our team at The New England Computer Group (NECG). As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managed IT support
  • Professional IT certifications, such as Microsoft MCP, CompTIA A+, and Network+
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
