We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Childcare Workers at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services.
Job SummaryAs a Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to young children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention programs, and promoting positive, lasting changes in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Work 1:1 with children, implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
- Under the supervision of a clinician, provide support and guidance to children, promoting their development and well-being.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children.
- Document treatment notes and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with agency standards.
- Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
- Experience as a childcare worker, caregiver, or PCA working with children.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to learn ABA techniques with training.
- Ability to write and document treatment notes.
