Job Opportunity

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Teaching Assistants in our centers. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work one-on-one with children implementing specific treatment plans under the supervision of a clinician. These plans are designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to young children with autism in a center-based environment
  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a clinician
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve treatment goals
  • Document treatment notes and progress
Requirements
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience as a teaching assistant, pre k teacher or childcare worker
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn ABA techniques with training
