Job Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Childcare Workers at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services.

Job Summary

As a Childcare Worker, you will work closely with young children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention programs to address their needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work 1:1 with children implementing specific treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to children in daily living activities
  • Assist children in developing social and community skills
  • Collaborate with clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience as a childcare worker, caregiver, or PCA working with children
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn ABA techniques with training
  • Ability to write and document treatment notes
