Compensation: $12-$15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Thoroughly cleans, sanitizes, and organizes all kitchenware including dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware.
  2. Ensures the kitchen remains tidy by maintaining cleanliness in all areas, including dry storage and walk-in coolers, through regular sweeping and mopping.
  3. Disposes of kitchen waste responsibly by emptying trash receptacles.
  4. Conducts daily cleaning tasks, which encompass dry storage, shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
  5. Stores all kitchen items in designated areas for optimal organization.
  6. Adheres to safe work practices throughout all job functions.
  7. Washes and sanitizes all dishes and cleans the kitchen after service hours.
  8. Completes additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

No previous experience is necessary; training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServSafe certification is advantageous.

Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Skills and Attributes:

We seek individuals who are motivated, dedicated, and possess a strong work ethic.

Education and Experience:

Relevant experience is beneficial but not required.

Licenses & Certifications:

Certification in food safety is preferred.
