The Sagamore Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team.
As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious meals for our esteemed members and guests. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to our high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities- Prepare food items using established recipes and techniques, ensuring consistent quality and flavor profiles.
- Collaborate with servers to fulfill orders promptly and accurately, meeting guest expectations for service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to strict sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies are available for daily operations.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment, fostering collaboration and communication among kitchen staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Culinary arts certificate or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a similar setting.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods and culinary techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
