We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Attorney specializing in Trust and Estate law. This role offers the chance to engage with complex legal issues and provide top-tier legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive legal counsel on trust and estate planning, corporate strategies, tax planning, and high net worth estate management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and tax-related documents.
- Represent clients in probate court and manage all facets of estate administration, including preparing and filing necessary documents, settling estate debts, and distributing assets.
- Conduct thorough legal research to stay updated on trust and estate law changes and develop innovative strategies for client representation.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct in all client and colleague interactions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of legal practice with a focus on trust and estate law.
- Active admission to the state bar.
- Proven expertise in corporate and tax planning, high net worth estate management, and probate.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
