About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our team at Brookdale Latrobe. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
  • Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers and observe/report responses to supervisors.
  • Ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications.
  • Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
Requirements
  • Active Med-Tech license
  • Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
