**Job Summary**

Clinical Triage Nurses at Presbyterian Healthcare Services play a vital role in ensuring that services rendered to customers meet clinically appropriate direction and triage. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing clinical advice and triage to inbound member and patient calls.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform clinical triage review of inbound member and patient calls to ensure clinically appropriate direction and triage
  • Utilize clinical skills to coordinate, document, and communicate all aspects of the appropriate clinical advice and triage based on criteria and in adherence to adopted guidelines and protocols
  • Assist callers and members with coordination of care to in-plan providers, urgent and emergent care, Home Health, Hospice, Palliative, Med & GYN ONC services

**Requirements:**

  • Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred
  • New Mexico Board of Nursing RN License with Multi-State Compact Licensure status required, with at least 3 years of experience in clinical setting, emergency, urgent care, or managed care experience
  • Experience in Nurse Advice, Triage, Hospice, Home Health Care, Oncology, and/or Infusion centers preferred

**Compensation and Benefits:**
