  • Manage project budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other professionals in the construction industry, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Continually monitor the quality of work being carried out, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment, leading by example at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the mechanical/plumbing construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial HVAC/plumbing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and/or HVAC.
