Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Neuroscience Day Shift

At Trinity Health, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Neuroscience team as a Day Shift Registered Nurse RN. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse RN will work in a collaborative environment at St. Mary's Health Care System, delivering excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse RN professional to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients, including developing, evaluating, and modifying the care plan.
  • Interpret and perform complex patient-care procedures specific to their expertise.
  • Work closely with Neuro Critical Care to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Collaborate with the Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
Requirements
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia.
  • Prior experience in neuroscience or a related field is preferred, but new graduates are also considered.
