Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neuroscience

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuroscience team at Trinity Health Corporation. As a Registered Nurse in Neuroscience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Neuroscience RN will work in a 19-bed unit certified in Spine surgery and the first Certified Thrombectomy Stroke Center in Georgia. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing, evaluating, and modifying the care plan, and interpreting and performing complex patient-care procedures specific to your expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify the care plan
  • Interpret and perform complex patient-care procedures specific to your expertise
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia
  • Successful completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years
  • Prior experience in neuroscience nursing is preferred, but new graduates are also considered
