CSL Quality Specialist Overview

The Quality Specialist is responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness and production objectives of the center. This role involves:

  • Managing the overall operations to achieve production targets.
  • Enhancing inventory management and customer service efficiency while minimizing costs.
  • Ensuring adherence to all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing financial management and budgetary processes.
  • Implementing strategies for quality enhancement and corrective measures.
  • Collaborating with quality assurance and human resources to ensure compliance at the center.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep.
  • Leading the recruitment, training, and professional development of staff.
  • Monitoring marketing initiatives and community engagement.
  • Safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary, up to 10% of the time.
  • Supervising the training team to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Developing comprehensive training plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinating with new center leadership to track training progress.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience is necessary.
  • Technical Training Certification from the company is required.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
