Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an interior designer responsible for construction notes, 2D and 3D renderings, and materials selection
  • Ensure a delightful client experience through the planning process
  • Create innovative designs that inspire each homeowner
  • Attend closing walks and job completion reviews
  • Reliably achieve design sales targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales-related experience
  • Degree or certificate in architecture, space planning, and/or interior design
  • Familiarity with blueprints, drawing up construction notes, and communicating estimates
  • Proficiency in a design program such as Chief Architect, 20/20, or AutoCAD
  • Ability to learn and execute the FBC Remodel design/sales process
  • Unstoppable growth mindset, owning results, placing team first, and speaking as a creator

What We Offer:

  • Base salary range: $60,000 - $80,000
  • Commissions: 1.6% of contract cost (after 90-day onboarding expectations are complete)
  • Benefits package: medical, vision, dental, life, retirement, STD, FSA, DCRA, hospital, accident, company bonus, additional education assistance, PTO, travel stipend
