Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze financial data to prepare accurate and timely financial reports
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Assist with the monthly financial close process and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Manage capital expenditures and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Resolve financial problems and perform audits as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
