The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, payroll, and office management, with a minimum of two years of experience in A/R, A/P, P/R, and office management.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Bookkeeper in organizing, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring all payroll procedures
- Developing and maintaining rapport with personnel
- Overseeing the bookkeeping functions of A/R, A/P, and P/R, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Providing excellent customer service and support to staff and management
Requirements:
- High School graduate or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Minimum of two years formal training and experience in A/R, A/P, P/R, and office management
- Insurance billing background in dealing with Medicare and Medicaid
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
