**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Orthopedic Trauma and Medical Surgical Unit. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, or delegating, planning, and evaluating total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide and direct patient care for a group of patients
  • Relate effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills

**Requirements**

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid Texas RN License/Eligible Compact License
  • Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
  • BSN required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire
  • Med-Surg certification preferred and encouraged
