Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable - Deliver precise services to designated departments in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Procurement Cards - Guarantee effective services to departmental initiatives while adhering to established guidelines.
  • Front Desk Coordination - Assist with front desk operations as required.
  • Additional Duties - Support various tasks to facilitate the efficient functioning of the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 12 quarter hours of Accounting coursework OR an Associate's Degree in Accounting OR equivalent professional experience.
  • Transcripts must be submitted for all relevant coursework.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday ERP system or similar database platforms.
  • Understanding of Accounting principles and methodologies.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong analytical and investigative capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
Physical Requirements:
  • Standard office activities such as sitting/standing, using a computer, and verbal communication.
  • Able to lift or transport up to 25 pounds.

  • Willingness to travel for occasional professional development opportunities.
  • Must be prepared to work additional hours as necessary.
