About the Role

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a skilled Housing Specialist II to join our team in Medford, Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating applicant referrals from internal and external partners, screening tenants for eligibility, and prioritizing housing placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate applicant referrals from internal and external partners
  • Screen tenants for eligibility and prioritize housing placements
  • Facilitate the completion of rental agreements and other required forms for new tenants
  • Maintain complete and accurate property files and records
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agreements for each property

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience working with property management or real estate office setting

What We Offer:

  • $24.00 per hour (DOE/Credentials)
  • Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
