Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Acquisition Analyst will:

  • Assist in the creation of program acquisition documentation, including Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategy Reports, Procurement Initiation Documentation, Statements of Work, funding documents, Contract Data Requirement Lists, and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements.
  • Evaluate program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
  • Participate in and provide support for briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
  • Collaborate with the Program Management Team and Contract Support Program Team.
  • Provide procurement support alongside general acquisition assistance.
  • Utilize knowledge and experience with Acquisition Management Systems to effectively contribute from day one.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree is required, or allowable substitutions such as an associate degree with two years of relevant experience, or four years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of three to ten years of experience in roles similar to those described in the responsibilities.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
