Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant at Motorenn, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, payroll, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, including cash receipts and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage and maintain our QuickBooks Online system, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business decisions.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an automotive dealership environment.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and financial statement preparation.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other financial software.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with management and other team members.
