Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 50-75 staff members in a high-volume setting, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive operational excellence, managing inventory, scheduling, and purchasing to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment.
  • Extensive service knowledge and experience training staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work full-time (50-55 hours a week) and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Conflict resolution and special event execution skills.
  • Wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred.
  • Food Safety Knowledge and ServSafe Food Handlers license required.
  • Experience working with POS Systems and recruiting, staff education, and motivation.
Benefits
  • Salary: $70,000-$90,000.
