At 77 Consultants, we're seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Middlebury, VT. This is a 12-hour night-shift position with a rotation of 3 nights one week and 4 nights the next. Weekend and holiday rotations are required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in respiratory care, with the ability to plan, implement, and perform diagnostic and therapeutic regimes for patients. Key responsibilities include performing cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR), operating and managing equipment, and providing oxygen therapy.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Must obtain State of Vermont Respiratory Therapy Licensure prior to the start date.
  • Associate degree from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program.
  • Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist or eligibility to take the NBRC written examination within one year of hire.
  • Reliable transportation, as public transport options are limited.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
  • At least one year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work independently.

Our team provides a broad scope of care, including treating patients with various conditions. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for managing artificial airways, administering aerosolized drugs, and conducting incentive spirometry.
