About the Role

This Med/Surg Unit RN position requires a highly competent and well-organized professional who prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction above all else. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering high-quality patient care while working closely with other members of the patient care team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate Degree: A graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Licensure: Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
  • Personal Qualities: Patient centered, team focused, delivers high-quality patient care, abides by the Porter Hospital Compliance Program, personal effectiveness, credibility, thoroughness, timeliness, and time management.
