Medical Health Specialist

Pacific Medical Centers is a leading healthcare provider in the region, and we are seeking an experienced Clinical Registered Nurse to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
About the RoleThis Per-Diem position will involve providing direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty health care services to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- A nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- At least 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting, preferably in a hospital and outpatient setting.
- Recent prior experience with phone triage is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, and retirement savings plan matching.
