Position Overview: This role involves delivering trauma-informed diagnostic evaluations and advanced evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents, and their families. You will work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatric professionals, and other service providers to ensure optimal care for clients. Additionally, you will provide emergency crisis assessments as necessary. As part of a multidisciplinary team focused on trauma, you will implement evidence-based methodologies such as Trauma Systems Therapy with fidelity.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (psychology, social work, marriage/family therapy, etc.) is essential.
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Mental Health Counselor.
  • Experience with children who have experienced trauma is preferred.
  • Proficient in using various medical record software, word processing, and database applications.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred and will be compensated.
  • Flexible working hours, including some evenings.
  • Strong multitasking and communication abilities are required.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bilingual capabilities will receive an additional 6% compensation above the base salary.
Physical Requirements: This position necessitates residential and community visits, and employees must be able to:
  • Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Travel to clients' homes, community venues, and office locations, which may involve navigating walkways, stairs, and elevators.
  • Lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
  • Work both remotely and in-person while adhering to privacy regulations.
