Responsibilities:
  • Execute maintenance requests by diagnosing problems and making repairs in a timely manner.
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance in areas including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
  • Assist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and general maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to resident requests and work with residents to minimize/resolve problems and complaints.
  • Apply all applicable EP policies and procedures, including company operating and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of industry experience.
  • Ability to read and write English as demonstrated by clear and concise written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills, including measurement, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to occasionally operate general office equipment, including personal computers, telephones, and photocopying machines.
  • Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment, including hand tools, pressure washers, and safety equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Lift certification.
