About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Ingram Content Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing complex diagnostics and repairs on our distribution center facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate equipment failures and provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Perform complex technical duties, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
  • Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate motorized equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as necessary for driving and repairs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a facility maintenance position, with 2+ years in electrical repair.
  • 2 years of experience in conveyor maintenance and repair.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of facility electrical wiring and power distribution.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and prints.
  • Electrical troubleshooting ability, with understanding of AC/DC control wiring and relay logic.
  • Advanced understanding of PLC.
