Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Treat guests with courtesy and respect, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Front Desk Operations: Supervise the front desk team, conduct pre-shift meetings, and communicate effectively with staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Room Sales and Revenue: Maximize room sales, revenue, and profit by effectively managing room inventory and rate yielding.
- Team Management: Motivate and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide training and development opportunities.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, complete incident reports, and follow up with guests and staff.
- Education: Equivalent to a Hospitality Diploma or Degree, or relevant experience in a management position.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a management position, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel operations software.
