Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Liaison to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients and visitors.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Insurance and Billing: Verify patient insurance coverage, process billing and payment, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Additional Skills and Qualifications:
    • Insurance Verification: Possess strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
    • Patient Registration: Accurately and efficiently register patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and updated.
    • Medical Billing: Process and manage medical billing, including claims submission and follow-up.
